We picked a cute little house to rent near the MAX, but soon found that Hillsboro is the boonies! We still have to use a car to get groceries and run all kinds of errands. I know there are people who manage to do these things using buses, but with 2 kids under 3? I'm sorry I can't manage it. So I've started haunting biking blogs, especially BikePortland and was so happy to see this! I'd love to have a bike, and will work on finding funds to get one... or freecycle or craigslist or something. I want my family to be a part of this!
