Comments: I picked up a copy of your Metal Cowboy book at a 2nd hand book store and I'm about half way through reading it. I completed a cross country bicycle tour with 3 others in 1979, and had done some solo touring trips before that. Your book gave me the spirit of the bicycle tour once again. Next summer, I'm out of here for hopefully another cross country tour nearly 30 years later. It's your fault....(trimmed)

Comments: Fellow Oregonian, I loved Momentum is your Friend. You are a great father & son. I asked my daughter a few years ago to scatter my ashes in my favorite places across the nation. She laughed and said you will be giving geography lessons even after you die. She thinks it is a great idea and I have it stipulated in my will and obituary. Quinn and Enzo are A-1 boys.
